I think lists of all the fic ideas that never came to anything is the important one. I'd love to be able to read through those when I'm being sad about our lack of fic.
And just any information about characters back stories that comes up, even if it makes no sense in any kind of timeline. And FOOD yes. And times when possibly they were thinking about Bear even though they didn't really mention him.
I think it's HIGHLY POSSIBLE that Jared isn't really Leonard's child and that's why he's so tiny and why Leonard is awful to him, because actually Jared's mom (who still doesn't have a first name and now never will?) just found him in a meteor when he was a baby and took him in and instead of growing up to be superman like Leonard assumed he would he grew up to be small and beautiful and likes painting his toenails. And probably season 5 was going to be when Jared suddenly went into pon farr and Peter had to look after him.
